If you are a company looking to recruit, there is a charge for our services.

This depends on the specifications of the assignment, salary level and exact spectrum of services required to deliver the role. The initial consultation is free, we will assist in building a project that will deliver the role. We provide a full project delivery plan, with full transparent costs and project milestones.

In our experience our overall rate for most projects is at a highly competitive level. 

Retained or Part Retained – Involving some form of staged payments, typically with the first due on work commencing

Contingency – Paid on successful employment of a candidate

This depends on the nature of the assignment and how involved in the process you require us to be.

This is something that will be discussed during the initial consultation.

This is dependent on the requirement and project we build for delivery. 

Typically, it can take anywhere from 14 days to 28 days depending on the depth of the work required.

We are proud to say that in most instances we can delivery suitable candidates within 14 days of starting the assignment.

The end of the cycle is the point at which the candidate starts working with your business. Some consultancies will complete their work when an offer is accepted. We continue to manage and work with the candidate to plan their exit strategy and manage them effectively right up to start date.
